this is her dad what hes saying is

"i raised you to be a weapon ,and i hope you fulfill your destiny

he is what is called an ink master or in a simple understanble terms, like a jedi master on steriods because in there world there is more than one technicque of Inks (inks are the fuel of there magic by the way)and he knows all of them so he is the teacher of Anna and so on so forth there is still lots of work with this story so yeah its just some concept work ,i guess
